Technical Engineer and R&D

Follow-up of R&D projects, technical projects and processes industrialisation

Redaction and preparation of reports / protocols for the following tasks:

• Special process validation including coatings on medical implants
• Validation of technical equipments IQ, OQ and PQ
• Reporting and monitoring of statistical processes data
• Improvement of industrial processes (quality, productivity and cost reduction)
• Follow-up of customers' projects

Teamwork in relation with other R&D engineers and Quality service

Reports directly to the General Manager

Profile

Biomechanic or Biomaterial Engineer

Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in Biomaterial Industry of implants (preferably in orthopedics)

English required (spoken-written)

Appreciated skills:

• Chemistry of Materials / Biomaterials
• Robotics
• Metallography
• Validation of technical installations (IQ,OQ and PQ)
• Knowledge of plasma technology would be appreciated
